What is it ?
The base raw material of recycled leather is made from real leather , the surface is water pu coating ,backing is recycled leather fibers.It is 100% recyclable leather materials. To be packed by rolls. About 100-300 meters each roll.
How to use it ?
You need to use water pu coating on our N.Coated Base again through release paper to get the appearance and look of traditional leather .

It is a clean product that the production process be finished in a continuous closed-looped system with 95% of water recycled.Eco friendly no chemicals no adhesives , Soft touching feeling, Breathability , natural Fire proof ,higher than BS5852 standard. 45% Lighter than real leather .We offer a green alternative to real leather from both a sustainable and economical perspective.The company sources its scrap leather solely from industrial tannery,where production requires very little chromium and treatments. The scraps are handpicked to ensure the highest quality and then they are crushed and re-bound with natural latex.So it is the best material for coating factory to produce a sustainable recycled leather in place of traditional leather .
